Hallo richard and all, I think, Lire would be a good choice for you. It can cache the full text of all the articles and it provides a very nice and efficient reading experience. The current version also supports Feed sync with Feedli, which gives you a nice cross-device or even cross-platform experience.
I believe that all the other RSS clients mentioned here do not perform a full-text cache. However, someone who uses them might tell us about. I tried them, but found their reading experience not as good as in Lire. There was a one-time fee to be able to cache an unlimited number of articles.
