There is voice commands. They have or I should say had both free and paid
versions. The app is certainly no match for Siri but it worked well enough
for simple stuff like web searches and basic stuff. I tried the free
version on my iPhone 4 and it was totally accessible with VO. I have no
idea if it's still around because 6 months in apps can be a long time.

An acquaintance with an iPhone 4 wonders whether there are alternatives
to Siri which would work on her 4. I remember some persons using Vokul.
However, when I tried it, Vokul was notorious for getting incorrect
numbers. A couple of other such programs seemed to completely turn off
Voice Over. So I'm llooking for Siri alternative Suggestions.
