If you've ever transfered your purchases from your iPhone to your computer using iTunes, you'll be able to get the app back onto your phone. The following instructions assume that you have iTunes 11 and that the sidebar in iTunes is enabled. In windows, you can enable it by pressing control-S while in iTunes. Plug your phone into your computer, and if necessary, enable the sidebar. Go to the sources list, and arrow down until you reach the name of your iPhone. You'll notice that your screen reader says that it's expandable; ignore this message—it is expandable, but this isn't what you want to do. Instead, press tab until you get to the apps radio button and check it. After that, keep pressing tab until you reach something called the "Apps table treeview." when you get to that, press the down arrow until you reach the app you want to put back on your phone. You'll notice that each press of the down arrow will move you to the next app. This isn't really a treeview, even if your screen reader thinks it is. It's really a list, with each item having the ability to be checked or unchecked with a press of the spacebar. Check an app to have it synced to your iPhone and uncheck an app to have it removed from your iPhone. When you're done checking and unchecking apps, tab to the "Apply" button and press it. When your computer makes three ascending tones, the process is finished.
