Hi, he was talking about doing this from a Braille device. For example,
if you are a deaf-blind user, you won't be able to use the touch screen
effectively.

Hi, once you bring up the app switcher, put your finger on the app
you want to close, swipe up. After I swipe away the first one, I
leave my finger on the app then just tap my finger over & over till
they are all gone. :) My favorite way to close apps.
