I had written Palasoftware support to thank them for the accessibility of their app and also about the parental gate that you run into if you try to get to their web site or support from within the app. The instructions for the parental gate say to press the three circles simultaneously. I pointed out that was impossible with VoiceOver. Below is their responses, which I am very impressed with. They truly listen and respond.
