The Sport is wired with microphone, the Bluez is bluetooth with microphone. The Bluez has recently been updated to the Bluez 2, and I understand it is currently back-ordered until sometime in June. Both have play/pause an volume, I believe, though i only have personal experience with the Bluez 1 and 2. I strongly recommend you read reviews of the Bluez 2 before ordering, though, as some people (myself included) find them extremely uncomfortable to wear for very long.
