Using Braille, I press a routing key on the field that says from /cc. Then I route on the from button, then space 4-5-6 to bottom of screen and the picker becomes active. I only do this if I'm changing the from field for a reply. Otherwise, I just open the account i want if it's a new message. But this is definitely a change from what it used to be and I think it's weird.
