hi, you could pull up each bookmark on your phone then do "share" 3rd from the bottom left button on the bottom of hte suffary screen then do "message" and send it to your ipad as a message then just click on the message on your ipad and add that as a book mark when you pull it up. Round about I know but, it's all I can think of if not using iCloud.
