Hello Haya, As Christopher pointed out, mid to late September is usually the time frame. Basically, iOS 8 is typically released a few days before new iPhones will ship and within a week or so after the September keynote when the new phones are announced. If Apple follows the pattern they established over the last 3 or so years the announcement will be during the second week of September with the new phones shipping 10 or so days later.
I never did believe the rumours which briefly circulated on the list about an iPhone 6 getting announced yesterday. For the main part there is no way they could have kept an imminent announcement of a new phone so quiet. Apart from some pictures which are supposed of the new iPhone nothing much is out yet. If I hear anything as to whether Hebrew will be included in iOS 8 I'll let you know.
