The four finger tap with the majority of the fingers in the lower half of the
screen, takes VO focus to the last item on the screen. The four finger tap with
the majority of the fingers in the top half of the screen takes VO focus to the
first item on the screen.

In contacts, the first and last items are static. Therefore, flicking right
from the first item will always jump to the start of the contact list when VO
focus gets to the list, and flicking left from the last item jumps the contact
list to the end of the list when VO focus gets to the list whilst left flicking.

On the right edge of the display is the Table Index. A single finger vertical
flick will move letter by letter through the table index. Touching the main
area of the screen, once a letter is announced, places VO focus on the current
contacts visible on the screen. However, performing a single finger double tap
and hold (passthrough gesture), and then sliding the finger vertically up
and/or down the screen moves quickly to the desired letter because one is
actually finding the print letter in the index. Lifting the finger moves iOS
focus to the letter in the list. Note: the above is also the case in the music
app, and any other app which utilises a table index selector.
