Hi All, I used to think I understood the process for syncing music through iTunes, but recently I've begun to doubt that.
For example, I have some music by Marvin Gay on my phone. I have a playlist that contains approximately eighteen songs. I also have another song which I recently purchased that is not part of the playlist. When I look under artists on the phone, I see only one album and one song by Marvin Gay. Yet when I look under playlists, my entire Marvin Gay playlist is there with all eighteen songs. I'm sure there are other discrepencies, but can anyone explain why the artist representation does not reflect the music that is on the phone? I mean, why even have that information available if it isn't accurate? Any enlightenment will be much appreciated.
