You could also bypass iCloud all together. I use Google as my master
contacts list and have it synced across my i-devices and to my Outlook with
the Google contact sync program. This way, I don't have to worry about
duplicates or having a contact's information on one device and not the
other. If I change or add or delete a contact's information on one device,
then it'll get synced across all others.

Hi, you can do it threw iTunes or threw the iCloud tool.  If you do it threw
the tool it is wireless, and if its threw iTunes any changes you make will
have to synce in there.
