Hello Paul, here's one way to redeem the card: simply open the iTunes Store app on your iPhone and near the bottom of most tabs like music, movies, TV shows, etc. should be a redeem option. You can enter the code manually, but there is also a "use camera" button which is highly convenient for those of us who can't see the code! I'm terrible at taking pictures, but I just redeemed a few gift cards the other day and simply waving the phone's camera around above the gift card was enough. Keep in mind that there's a small piece of tape overtop of the code which you will have to remove before the phone will be able to read the code.
