Hi Dave, Maybe you can look into Family Mobile. You can get it at Walmart, but it runs on the T-Mobile network. I have had it for about 4-5 months now, and it seems to work very well. I pay $40 plus tax for unlimited talk, text, and data on my IPhone 4S. I was told that any T-Mobile phone would work with Family Mobile, and you can get a SIM card from Family Mobile for about $27 that will activate the phone with Family Mobile. I am always using my phone for calling, texting, and several different apps that require data usage, and I have never had a problem with the service, and the data is good too since it uses T-Mobile 4g network.
