Siri could tell you the weather forecast, remind you of appointments, etc. The touch screen functions could be limited, as in having about five apps on the home area, if you so choose, or just using Siri. I can imagine iMessage used with dictation would be very handy, or even sending voice messages with a walkie-talkie-type app. (remember Dick Tracy? :) ) I know it's all speculation, but I think speculation is loads of fun.
