If you would like, &, feel free to email me off list and we can set up a time to Skype or FaceTime so that I can help you with iTunes. I have quite a bit of experience with it, and understand how frustrating it can be to use. iTunes is a bit complicated, but once you have things set up the way you want, you don't have to do too much to get content such as music, ring tones, apps, etc. to and from your iPhone.
