There is one place in trying to fill this out, says security then asks for code. I have no idea what I am supposed to put, and since I don't it keeps returning me to the top of the form.
My internet was down all day and now it seems I can't sign up for PayPal without another security question. No eyes here to help me figure it out, had my name first and last, my street address, second line ignored, city, state, zip and phone number with the dashes, it is the only thing it seems to me that could be incorrect.
