Man, I am ticked off! I had downloaded the Beats Music App and subscribed for a month, it’s still just as inaccessible as ever on IOS!!
So, trying to cancel the subscription is a nightmare! First, the Beats web site tells you to go to the manage your account page, from which you can cancel your subscription, but then another link says to go to the Apple Itunes support pages, and the link to that page cannot be found! It looks like there’s no way to cancel a subscription to this hideous service for this dismal app. At least, none that I can locate. Any suggestions will sure be appreciated, I am completely disgusted with this inaccessible app and what appears to be no easy way to cancel a subscription.
