I have a friend who has no computer or wi-fi but who is interested in getting an iPad so he can talk to Siri. What is the bare minimum needed in order to do this? I always thought Siri came through the cell service so is that required to be able to use it? Can you engage Siri with an iPad and wi-fi? What would be the minimum amount of wi-fi service required to do this?
