Hi,

I don't think there's an official Apple way of doing this
unfortunately. Generally speaking, the best way to do what you're
wanting to is to completely discharge the battery then charge it up
whilst not using the device.
If you are jailbroken then you can enable Apples battery diagnostic
features which let you do various things to the battery, but I haven't
used them for around 3 years so I can't quite remember what. Legally
it's a bit of a grey area so if this approach interests you I'd
suggest you do your own research re how to enable them.
