The rotor is a very important feature to understand. The rotor selects through 
VoiceOver command systems. Navigation is controlled with characters, words, or 
lines. Larger navigation can be performed with headings, links, and so forth. 
Various modes can be set with rotor.

Twisting the rotor selects between the various chosen selection options. 
Single-finger vertical flick up or down changes the selected option.

For pasting a link, or any other text, when in the active edit field, twist the 
rotor to edit. Use the vertical flick to locate paste. Double-tap paste (the 
last command announced by VO, to paste the text.
