Interesting, I did check the Queue button and did not see these options. I'll have to take another look.
One thing that still bugs me a bit in the iOS app is that sometimes it seems you can't swipe through all the options on the screen. For example, I would open the queue and touch somewhere in the middle which would land me on the track list. I then swipe left and I might get to the first song in the queue, but then it won't go further into the options you mentioned, Repeat, Shuffle, Close Queue etc. The funny thing is that sometimes it does work, but other times it doesn't.
