I cleared my apps but didn't reset the network settings. I can't really see how this would help with installing a new update though. I might restore my phone to it's factory defaults though because I am having problem which is important. When on a call voiceover doesn't work at all. Also, when I need to enter my pin after powering down the phone voiceover would not speak the numbers.
