The 6 Plus compared to the 5S is bigger and heavier as follows: Height/length: 1.35 inches longer Width: 3/4 inches wider Depth/thickness: half a millimeter thinner, that's less than 0.02 inches, think of it as about the thickness of an average fingernail. Weight: 2.1 ounces heavier, as a percentage the 6 Plus is just shy of half again as heavy as the 5S. It is a touch big for my hand, but i can hold and type quite comfortably one handed on the 6+. I don't consider myself have a big hand, but i do have long musician fingers. Beside the size, for $100 extra, you pretty much get a crispier screen for those that is low vision, definitely better camera, and better battery life.
