Hi Walther, I posted a very detailed message yesterday as to how you do this. I can also say for sure it still worked yesterday, but I can't say if it will work today. At some point Apple stops signing the older versions and at that point it is not possible to downgrade. You can just try it, if it works it works if it doesn't it will let you know.
