Have you updated iTunes to the latest version? I used to get this, but not
any more.

When trying to do a full encrypted backup of my iPhone 5 using iOS8, I get a
message saying that there are purchases on my iPhone that have not been
transferred to my iTunes library.  I hit the space bar on "yes" when asked
if I want to transfer these items before backing up, and get the tone that
indicates that the process has finished.  I try to back up again and get the
same message.  Any thoughts?
