For workarounds, or for more functionality, try a free version of my AutoRingtone app. It lets you create Talking Caller ID ringtones which say whatever you type and you can then link them with individual contacts. The Pro version has 50+ voices including Siri. There's also a version, called Ringtone Director Presidential Edition, that offers Obama and Bush!
