Billy, I would strongly recommend that you do an encrypted backup to your computer with iTunes before getting your new 6 plus. You will also need to sync the 4S to your computer to ensure that all your apps are backed up before restoring to your new phone.
I saw your later message and maybe you're not interested in backing everything up and plan to start fresh with your new phone. If you do want it all backed up, do an encrypted backup to your computer via iTunes and make sure you sync and also install iTunes 11.4 which is required for the iPhone 6 before you do a restore.
