Hello, friends: it is my understanding that there are two ways of backing up your I device: using the iTunes on your computer, or using the I cloud. When purchasing a new phone I assume that all the contents of your phone can be retrieve by either of these methods. My question is, is one of them more reliable than the other? Also, when setting up your new device, will all the content stored in the I cloud be automatically downloaded to your device? Thank you in advance for your help. Regards, Martin Nelson
