After upgrading to iOS 8.0.2 last night I just dialed 4 phone numbers, all of them automated systems like my Mastercard and Visa lines where after the system connected I had to enter my 16-digit card number and anywhere from 4 to 8 digits for a password etc. I then made multiple single digit selections and throughout I had not a single number stick. Apple did not mention any specific Voiceover fixes, but at least for the time being this one seems to be no longer a oproblem at least on my 5S. I still can't move certain apps in the row above the dock, though. The interesting part is that on my first home screen, I have the following apps in row 5: KNFB Reader, Whats App, Voice Dream and Thermostat (the latter is the app for my Radio Thermostat). I am able to move Voice Dream and Thermostat, but not KNFB Reader or Whats App. This is very inconsistent and very strange.
