Unfortunately I reported this too early. After the initialGoldmaster came out I immediately dialed a few phone numbers and it was all good as well. The same happened last night after upgrading to 8.0.2. This norning I tried to call somebody and every single key I pressed stuck. Tapping it again did fix it, but then of course I had to tap on Delete since touching the key for the second time dialed the number again. Oh well, still better than having to get out of the Phone app, bring up the app switcher and remove it completely. It certainly appears that the fact that Voiceover was not mentioned at all in what the update addresses was not an oversight since there is no improvement with Voiceover and there are no Voiceover bug fixes. Everybody who has the time should continue to bombard accessibility@Apple com with emails. Maybe if the quality won’t do it the quantity will.
