Hi Pete, I would not upgrade to iOS 8 if you are planning to get a new iPhone in 2 or 3 months anyways. Why deal with all the bugsnow, hopefully in a couple of months there have been at least a few fixes.
I am curious, if you have a 5S, why would you want to upgrade?
