Hi Jan,

That one I don't know, have you tried Block to see if that gets rid of it? I
don't have anybody who hasn't accepted so I can't try it out. I guess you
could always do it on the computer where I think you can Delete any contact
whether they accepted or not.

Regards,

Sieghard

Hi again

Okay, I followed your well-put suggestions for removing the contact in
skype, and it works, thanks. But, I should have explained the situation a
bit better with a particular contact. I've sent a contact request to
someone to join me on skype, and the person did not respond. Now, if I want
to remove that particular contact, all I find in the "more" menu, is block,
resend the request, or cancel. Now for the question: how do I remove this
particular contact? There seems to be no delete button here, and no matter
what I do, I can not seem to remove this contact. Any other contact where I
have had contact with the person can be removed, but not a contact where
there was no communication as yet. What am I missing this time round?

Regards

Hi Jan,

Well, I would say you are missing the Remove button *smile*. Anyhow, here is
what you do:

1. Find the contact you want to remove in your contact list and double
tap on it.

2. When the contact opens, double tap on the contacts name again at
the top which will show you their profile

3. Now at the bottom underneath the profile are 2 buttons, Add to
Favorites and More. Double tap on "More".

4. On the next screen you have only 3 choices: Block, Remove or
Cancel.

Regards,

Sieghard

Subject: Removing a skype contact from the contact list

Hi

I should really know this, but somehow, I just don't find this. I'm using
an iPhone 4S with the latest version of skype on it. I have some skype
contacts which I want to remove, but can find no way of doing that. What am
I obviously missing here?

Thanks for any help

Regards
