Hi Christopher, That is correct, but if you flick down to Accept and then double tap it still is necessary to unlock the phone before the call is connected. I don't know if this is the case for non Voiceover users, but it's too bad it doesn't just connect the call from the lock screen. Also, if I have a text message notification, flick to Delete and then double tap it does not get deleted. If I unlock my phone after doing that and open the Messages app that text message is still there.
