I'm using a PC program named iBackup BOT to extract various files from my iPhone 5. As a JFW user, I find it quite cumbersome but not impossible. The trick is to "force focus" on a segment of the screen by finding the area where you need to be with the JAWS cursor and then routing the PC cursor to the JAWS cursor.
