A great temporary solution would be to make an IOS 8 compatible version of Fleksy VO for those of us who rely heavily on this method for text entry. Interestingly enough, I don't have to turn VO off to type with Fleksy VO on IOS 8 the only problem I have is with the menu where one chooses what to do with the text after typing; selecting a favorite contact, creating a new message or email etc, getting stuck and thus preventing me from completing the task.. This and the sticky touch tones are the two main reasons I still use my 5s instead of the 6as my primary phone.
