Do folks who know how Apple works think there will be an 8.0.3 release between now and the release of 8.1?

I doubt Apple would make a relatively inexpensive device (compared to the iPhone 6) which basically costs half as much but has all the same specs except for being a phone. There are already the iPads who fill that place and the iPod Touch has been a very small part of Apple's business for quite a few years now. But let's just wait and see, we shall know in 19 days.
