I had the same problem with t-mobile. They told me that I had to restore the iPhone, and I did. But any message appeared after the restore. I have done that restore several times, and never the message appeared. I don't know if my iPhone is unlocked or not. I paid my phone in one time, so t-mobile has no reason to lie me when I asked them to unlocked my phone. But I don't know what else to do.
