Not sure who in the world the Scott is you are referring to, but I was talking 
about this report by Bloomberg News and carried on 9 to 5 Mac both fairly 
trusted sources when it comes to news. Who knows if the report is true, but 
this was the moron I was referring to and again I have no clue if it is true, 
but it is being fairly widely reported.
