Hi all: I gave you a chime clock yesterday and, it's not bad. It doesn't chime the hour though. Just that the hour has come. Another that chimes is called ChimeX.
It is .99 but is totally voice over compatible. It also gives you choices of which chimes you hear. It does say that you won't hear the bong chime, (counting the hour), unless the app is in the foreground. Another idea for those looking. My favoritist of all is G clock by John Harrison. It hasn't been updated since 2011 but, if you like the sound of the grandfather clock's tick, this is the one for you. I'd love to see him fix it so that it returned to work after you use the phone or, continued in the background. It's ticking and chimes have volume settings so they can be shut off or turned down if you wish. I love that clock and have left it on my phone just in case he fixes it sometime.
