Hi Andy and others, I finally "bit the proverbial bullet" and
purchased this app since it was on sale and a friend assures me that
it's possible to minimize the chatter and hear only what one wants to
hear. (A couple of years ago, I tried out the free-for-convention-only
version of the app and did not like its constant, annoying chatter!
Are there pod casts or tutorials that help one to learn how to use this app?

Maybe I'm missing something. If so, I welcome other views. This new GPS
product from The Sendero Group is nothing other than a license for The
Seeing Eye app. It will be a good deal after you've been using it for 6
years if you figure that the approximate cost of resubscribing to use the
Seeing Eye app for the third 2-year period. We don't know what GPS apps
will be available, and at what cost, 6 years down the road. This is why I
don't think this new app will sell. I, for one, don't have that kind of
money to spend on an app that I could pay for in 3 payments by using the
2-year subscription method, especially if there are no features available
in
this app than in the one I've subscribed to.
