My older 7.1.2 is showing 8.1 available now, my other device already has 8.0.2 downloaded so is only showing that. Hence my last suggestion, get rid of last download hitherto unused, and it will have to fetch the latest one. I'm told it's over 900Mb. And it would have to unpack it;... just thinking of space required for all this; we had an issue about it last time.
