If you're looking for a good stereo Bluetooth headset, but don't mind not 
having bone conduction, you could take a look at the LG HBS700. There are newer 
models of this headset available, but I hear they do not work well in general, 
and especially with VoiceOver. There's a good review of this headset on 
AppleVis.
