Teresa, they are not Bluetooth, but I highly recommend the Bose MIE2I with mic and in-line controls. I just replaced a pair off Amazon for $102, but normally they are $129. Bose does stand behind them for at least a full year, and longer depending on the problem. I must say they are the best sounding and most comfortable fitting buds I have used.
