Yes, go to Settings then iTunes and App Store and under the "Show All"
heading turn music off. If it is on all your music including purchases which
are not on your phone will show up, if it is off only downloaded content
should show.

Thanks Sieghard. The phone is not yet on iOS eight. So, when I do upgrade,
if I have iTunes match on it means I have intermixed music, some of which is
downloaded and some of which is not. Is there an easy way to just show the
stuff that's downloaded?
