No, neither the K810 nor the K811 has a NumPad. They are basically the same size as the Apple Wireless keyboard, but as Raul pointed out, the physical slider switch to turn them on or off beats the button on the Apple Wireless keyboard hands down and the ability to pair it with, for example, an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch and an Apple TV rocks. The K810 is basically the same keyboard, but it is made for Windows, e.g. it has a Windows Key and Alt Key instead of Command and Options. I accidently had ordered the K810 at first, but since I was strictly looking for a keyboard for my iPhone and Apple TV I ended up sending it back (I had also bought it via Amazon) and ordered the K811 instead. Another advantage is the fact that it has a built-in rechargeable battery and it uses a standard micro USB cable to charge. In the case of a keyboard which uses very little power I think that's nicer than dealing with 2 AA Batteries as is the case with the apple Wireless keyboard. When it comes to more expensive, premium keyboards I would definitely recommend the K811 although my experience has only been with the Apple Wireless keyboard and the Logitech K811.
