Hi, I haven't seen this on web sites but I have seen it while using braille input in the app store.
If I open the search field and type something in there and then click the search button it works fine. the problem occurs when I then go back to the search field and try to type something new. I switch to the braille input keyboard and it seems to be working except that when I check the field VO says what I entered first. I asked my wife to look at it and she says the search field shows my new entry but VO still says my original search entry. I have been trying to figure out more details so I could report this to Apple Accessibility. If anyone else can figure it out I'd sure appreciate it.
