I have the 5s. I am not sure the IOS version is relevant to my question. At the time of incident I was running 7. Every time I put the phone in the case it would turn the volume way down and I could not turn it up until I took it out of the case. I could get seri to come back up but not the voice over. I then had to get sighted assistance to increase the volume of the voice over. Has anyone else had this problem?
