I've played a little more with Word on the iPhone.

It seems to be pretty accessible with Word and syncs with Dropbox and
OneDrive.

My one big complaint is that you cannot navigate by lines. In the rotor,
you have characters, words, headings.

This is whether you are in edit mode or not. And with or without a
Bluetooth keyboard.

You can just use the up and down arrow keys if you are on a Bluetooth
keyboard, but I have not spent enough time with it to know if there is a
point when you arrow yourself out of the edit field.

This seems like a good start to having better Word access on the go.

My other complaint is that when creating a new document, if you pick the
take notes template, there is a lot of non-English words that you cannot
delete, which makes it pretty much useless.

The blank document is fine. I have not tried the other templates they
offer.

Since the basic features are free, I encourage folks to give it a try.

You do have to have or create a free Microsoft account to use the app. You
can create one from within the app if you don't have one.

Also, if you simply search for "Word" in the app store, it is the first
result.
