Writing from memory, so this here isn't 100% accurate. yes, there are two threats, one of which is in the wild; and an article was published in The Guardian, Technology Section - www.theguardian.com - about it. macs were targeted in this instance, because of a loophole that has been discovered in Yosemite. it affects administrative use, so the advice was to not use admin privileges on a daily basis, but to work as an ordinary user of your computer. I think it's called FireLurker.

Nothing, until I hear and read more about this which substantiates that this is more than link bate I am not too worried about it. I wonder why they say it only gets onto iOS devices via Mac computers and not via PC's. Considering that PC's are supposed to be more vulnerable to viruses and malware and also that while Mac computers are growing more than PC's, there are still a lot more PC users out there than there are Mac users and normally hackers target the larger group.
